JEWELRY REPAIR & STONE REPLACEMENT

Owner Marc Fishbone, a certified gold and silversmith, provides all manner of repair service from fixing a broken clasp, checking for loose stones and re-pronging where necessary, re-shanking thin or broken bands, replacing or resetting stones, buffing out scratches, to simply resizing a ring or replacing a watch battery.  He also restrings pearls and other broken beaded jewelry.

All repairs are done on premises (sometimes while you wait!).  He works with gold (yellow, white and rose) and platinum.  He will also repair silver jewelry, something most other jewelers will not do.  He has even repaired the odd silver teapot and brought severely tarnished flatware back to its original brilliance.  A testament to his skill is that he does the repair work for a number of other area jewelers.
